If you have already tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue with the printhead.
The printhead in this model printer is removable. However, I doubt its availability. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region to check for the same.
The printhead will cost you nearly as much as a brand new printer. I suggest upgrading the printer.
