Macbook cannot print to HP 7510

My Macbook and iPhone can no longer print to my HP 7510 printer.  The error message is "paper mismatch", but "letter" size paper did not change.  My PC has no issue printing to the printer, so is there something new that HP has done to prevent using the printer?

Hi,

What paper size do you have in your printer?

Have you verified its Paper Settings are correct?

Tap the Wife or Ethernet icon on the printer and locate its IP Address.

From Safari, type this address into the address bar to access its EWS Page.

Within the Settings tab, select Preferences and then Paper Tray Management (it may be a bit different term for older printers, but should be similar), from there ensure the correct paper type and size are set for your printer, then try printing and check.

8.5 x 11 paper which is what the macbook and iphone show.  There is only one paper tray.
