Mobile cannot print to HP OJ PRO 86200

Hi, I have tried everything. Using Samsung android trying to print to HP O J Pro 8600 and cannot. Downloaded HP 123.com and HPSmart. it will not add the printer to the site.

I see that you are not able to print from your Android device. Have you tried printing from any other device and check if that works?

Do you get any errors?

Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Check if the Android device and the printer are connected to the same network.

Use the HP Smart app from the Play Store to print.
