Product: Toshiba satellite s855d
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Printer & laptop both have connection to mobile hot spot on my Samsung Galaxy S7 & the Envy 4512 has printed test reports stating "No Problems Found".  The printer has printed a few items, photo & regular paper print, then it stopped. I've gone through ALL trouble shooting & wireless wizard set up steps, to no avail.

Hotspot connectivity is not a reliable connection, I suggest you try using Wi-Fi Direct to print from your computer and printer.
