Moved from Ireland to UK - want to change region associated with my account for instant ink

Hi,

I am subscribed to HP Instant Ink and just moved from Ireland to the UK.  It is not possible to change my country from within my account. 

The advice from Hp was to cancel my existing subscription and then sign-up again with my new region selected. When I do this is my only option to create a brand new HP account. If so this seem ridiculous. I've tried signing back into my existing account during the process but then that account is locked at Ireland.

Do I still have to post back the ink cartridges if I setup a brand new account?

I'd like to help!

Please go ahead and create a new instant ink account, the team will ship you ink cartridges once you enroll.

You can replace the ink as and when you receive it.

Hello,

when I try to sign up the hp website says my account already exists and to sign in. When I sign in it brings me back to the Irish site. It will not allow me to set-up a new account with my existing email. 

Can you please change the region on my existing account to the UK?

You would have to cancel the Irish account and create a new account with the UK address.

I will not be able to change the region from my end.

I have cancelled my account but the website will not let me create a UK account as my email address is already registered to an account. When I try to create a new account with my email it just asks me to sign in.
