Hi there. I have moved from the US to Belgium and then ran out of printer ink. Looking here, I saw that I should buy the local ink (301 rather than 61) and then get in touch with customer support to get my printer reset. But I can't seem to find a way to reach customer support. The printer is not under warranty, and on the website I'm just sent in circles (in three languages). I'd appreciate any help. thanks!

@o-squared, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset, and re-initialize the printer.
