Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

My HP Office Jet 3830 will not print despite the display on the printer says that it is. It's really frustrating, please help me!

Hi @Jadabee00

Welcome to the HP Support Community. To assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • Do you get any errors while printing?
  • How is the printer connected to the MAC?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
