My HP OfficeJet All-in-one Printer stopped to "resize" and "fit page". How can that be fixed?

When copying a small document to be enlaged, I have been using the "Resize" and "fit page" setting. This setting stopped functioning. Instead the print has become smaller. How can that be corrected?

Restoring Copy settings to original factory settings may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:

1.) From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).

2.) Touch Printer Maintenance .

3.) Touch Restore.

4.) Touch Restore Settings and then select Copy.
