My HP printer does not want to connect its Web Services. It has been blinking amber all day and I have tried countless times the instructions that the website gives me and I have even tried asking the virtual agent.. My printer is connected to the internet wirelessly however it does not want to connect web services.. I am unable to add it to my laptop, I am unable to print anything and I can't even print a test page like the website recommends me to do. No matter what method I did that was recommended, it did nothing to solve my solution. I am in desperate need to fix this QUICKLY because I have been trying to print taxes all day! I do not have a touchscreen panel and the button control panel options did not help me either. I am sick and tired of trying every method and going nowhere because it is basically like the printer is just frozen. Please, someone help me ASAP!!!
