My HP6978 won't stop printing automatic reports. Can someone help me to turn that off?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Which report is the printer printing?

Kindly attach a picture of the same in your next post for better assistance.

 

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Tools > Print reports and make sure all the options are off.
