Product: Example: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-In-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

I have a HP OfficeJet 4650, Product Number F1J00A. I can not print from my android or iPhone. I've turned it on and off numerous times, I've even turned my Wi-Fi off and back on, still nothing. The wireless network test results I printed from the printer said "The wireless radio is not functioning. Contact HP support. " So here I am. Please help!

"The wireless radio is not functioning. Contact HP support"- this shows that the printer hardware has failed.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
