printer not connecting to 2.4/5G internet router how do i resolve ythis

Your 2.4 and 5G should have different WiFi names.

Then use 123.hp.com  to setup the printer.

your printer may not support the 5G frequency. if it can not connect, try the 2.4G frequency wify name
