Product: HP Officejet 6500 All-in-One Printer series - E709

I have contacted Apple and its apparent my wireless printer cannot find my Iphone or Ipad. Does anyone know a work around or must I use a new printer

Hi,

Your printer is not AirPrint enabled and therefore cannot be found as an AirPrinter.

 

You may use the HP Smart app from the store to get print caabitlieies with your printer:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03561640/
