What you can do depends on what kind of device you are using and which software you are using to submit the job to the printer.

Supported options in Mobile printing (you submitted your post in Mobile Printing) might be a bit more restrictive.

For example, the HP Smart for Mobile Application supports just a few size options (perhaps including, actual-fit-full).

If the options do not provide the results you seek, you will need to edit the content of the document before sending it to the print application.

For example, copy the content to Pages (iOS editor similar to Word) > edit the content, including the font size.  OneNote can be used for some types of editing - it is not a Word processor like Word and Pages but does include some interesting and useful features.

HP Smart for Windows includes similar "resize" options.  In general, the setup and controls are less restrictive and much more inclusive of the types of settings one might expect from printing from the PC to the printer.  It sill might be the case that it is necessary to edit the original content of the document to "get what you want".

There are different features and options available for different printers / Operating Systems / print software.

In general, everything you need explained is included in your printer's Homepage support website.

Category  Topic How-to > Subtopic Print

or

Category Topic How-to > Subtopic Mobile Printing (names and wording varies)

In particular, if you have specific questions, explain more about what you are using and we can try to answer.
