I haven’t used the printer in 1.5 years, I think I need to repair something.

@Caseyjones123, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid it is a hardware issue with the printhead and it is non-removable. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
