We just got a new wireless printer and as far as I can tell, it's connected to my computer but it only prints blank pages. I am connected VIA USB-C to Mac adapter (if that is necessary) and my software is completely updated. My HPSmart app struggles to load fully but when it does, it says printer status unknown. Everything else is normal, it says the printer is active and installed but it won't work for me. Please help!

The OK button becomes visible when you access the Support Menu
