Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer screen has an icon consisting of envelope with an ink drop on it and it will not print anything in black. I have checked my Instant Ink account and everything is okay, no notifications and all billed amounts paid to date. How to clear that icon and get printer to start printing black color again? I have also run all diagnostics procedures. The black color is low, say about 20%, and my Instant Ink account does not tell me change it. I installed new color cartridge though.
