HP Office Jet Pro 8600
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Officejet Pro 8600 was able to print wirelessly until I updated my router.  The wifi light is off the printer. I can see my network on the menu but when I put in the password it keeps coming up cannot connect. My laptop, our phones are no longer able to print wirelessly. Help I have spent hours unplugging and replugging and trying to troubleshoot.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:

To reset the administrator password and network settings, complete the following steps: 1. On the printer control panel, touch (right arrow), touch Setup, and then touch Network. 2. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then select Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored.

Once done, connect the Printer to the new Wi-Fi using Wireless Setup Wizard:

The Wireless Setup Wizard provides an easy way to set up and manage a wireless connection to your printer from the printer control panel. 1. Set up the printer hardware. See the getting started guide or the setup poster that came with your printer. 2. On the printer control panel, touch (right arrow), touch Setup, and then touch Network. 3. Touch Wireless, touch Wireless Setup Wizard, and then touch OK. 4. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

Let me know if this helps.
