Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

I get this message on my phone when I try to print:

HP ENVY 4520 series

[F8B5FB]

Check the printer for errors.

On the printer it says cannot print contact hpinstantink.com

 

It’s worked great until the other day and now we can’t print.

What should I do to get it working again?

HP Recommended

Do a hard reset on your printer. To do this you just need to turn off your printer, unplug it for a few minutes and then plug the printer again. If that still doesn't work, try turning the printer and your computer off, and then start it back up again. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling your printer driver.
