Need help to do a hard reset to factory settings

Officejet Pro 8610

So I'm trying to connect my HP Officejet Pro 8610 (all-in-one) printer to my network but it shows "The feature has been locked by your administer". Other things I try to do that prompt shows up too. I want to do a COMPLETE factory reset on my printer. Can anyone help please?
