Product: HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP

Have a HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP thats printed to from my web site for orders received. The printer will go off line to the web prints and as soon as I log into it from my PC it will start printing new orders. Old orders have to be queued up again to print.Not sure were to start looking for issue? (router, networking issue, printer going to sleep...etc)
