Product: HP Tango

I received an HP Tango as a gift but it did not come with the SET UP cartridges. I bought new cartridges and they do not work. Can someone help me bypass this error?

Unfortunately, we cannot perform a reset on this model printer as it does not have a touch screen display.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
