Product: Deskjet Plus 4122

Hi

Just bought a new DJ 4122, advertised with 3 months instant ink trial.

Looks like it hasn't applied when I setup my printer and my account has gone straight to a paid subscription.

Can someone enable this for me?, doesn't appear to be any claim codes in the box, just reference that it will happen when the printer is setup.
