Product: HP Envy 7855 InkJet printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to print on cricut printable sticker paper. The project will print on regular plain paper, but the sticker paper runs through the machine and sounds like it is printing, but it comes out blank. I CAN print using my HP Officejet 8610 using Card Stock paper type setting but I don't see this setting on Envy 7855 printer

I'd like to help!

 

The printer does not support the Cricut printable paper.

 

You may refer to the printer specifications to know the supported paper size and type.
