I have an HP deskjet 3755 printer I bought a lil over a year ago refurbished. About 6 days ago It started saying that it wasn’t connected to hp instant ink. It would still print with a couple added steps but it printed. As of the 18th it completely stopped printing. I have a good WiFi connection that is still working but every time I follow the steps given to me to reconnect to HP instant ink it fails. And when I did speak with support it got me nowhere. They say nothing is wrong with my account but I still can’t print or connect to HP. I am using an iPad mini 5. I do not have a computer or access to one. I am really frustrated really want this to be resolved but I don’t know what else to do

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
