 im using hp smart app on my huawei p10 and a huawei mediapad m5 lite. I get similar errors on both devices

Does it happen on copies too?

 

Press and hold the Start Copy Color button  on the printer control panel for 3 seconds to print a Print Quality Diagnostic page. Let me know if you see any lines on this page.

It doesn't happen on copies or when I am printing from my pc. It only happened when I was printing from my phone and tablet. However, I haven't experienced this issue in the last couple of days. Maybe it was just unstable connection. Will update in the future if it happens again
