Please help I am about to lose my mind and have tried everything I can find online, but no way to contact HP directly.  I changed internet providers and installed a new router.  I couldn't get my computer to connect with the printer to print using wifi so I plugged in with a USB.  First, it was printing blank pages and then it stopped printing black ink and printed it light blue/grey.  So I did more research and rinsed the printer cartridge holder with warm water.  And now when I put it back in, I keep getting an error saying that there is a problem with the printer or ink system and that the printhead appears to be missing, damaged, etc.  Not even worried about the wifi at this point because I have documents I need to print and am willing to plug in but the issues just keep piling up when it worked absolutely fine before I changed my wifi network!  OH, and might I add that the print and scan doctor just keeps loading and never does anything.  Beyond frustrated!
