Product: HP envy 4500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Been having trouble getting my printer to go online all day. Have unplugged it, have disconnected and reconnected it to our wifi, and nothing has helped.

Husband was trying to fix it ann this error message came up. 

He said we need more black ink, but that should have nothing to do with connection.
