My HP Officejet 4630 will not power on.  The power light was flashing so I pressed it and now it wont power up at all.

 I have it connected directly in the wall.

Hello,

Reset the printer:
  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  3. Wait 60 seconds.
  4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
    NOTE:
    HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
  5. Turn the printer on.

Please follow the instructions of link HP Printer Does Not Turn On.

Do not hesitate to ask us if you need.

Unfortunately this did not resolve my problem. Printer no longer under warranty therefore purchased a  new one.

Thanks anyway.

@KKaye1

Hello and thanks for your return,

It is possible that this is due to the printer's internal power supply, please replace it with the reference A9T80-60009 (Power Supply).

You can for example below.
