Product: Officejet 250
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

 

I just purchase an officejet 250 mobile printer. When I shut down my pc and turn it back on the HP smart detects the printer but when I go to print it says the printer is offline. I have to remove the printer and reconnect the printer through wifi direct. If I plug the printer in through USB it doesn't even show up. Can someone advise as to what is going on?

Hi,

Try installing the full feature software below and check for any change once completing the software installation:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJ250/OJ250_Full_WebPack_40.11.1148_1.exe

 

Please let me know the results, if it fails please

clarify what exact behavior occurs to better understand any possible cause.
