Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed the printer to a new PC and it has never worked properly. at the beginning I was getting "Attention Required" error, so far I have tried what the Virtual Assistant suggests, the Doctor app, which claims nothing is wrong or strangely that I need to install software but doesn't give any information on what I need to install. I have tried HP smart and the single driver available.

I have followed the removal and reinstallation in this post and have found that anything sent to the printer now just disappears, but there is nothing that states there's a problem with the printer.
