This worked for me. After reading the other posts about assigning a static IP address. On the main menu select the wireless option, select settings, scroll to Advanced Settings, select IP settings - set to "manual". You will get message "Changing the IP Address will remove the printer from the network". Select OK. You will now have a static IP address. Go back into printer settings on your computer and add printer, you should see printer name (HP OfficeJet 4650 Series). Test print to new printer with the name.
