Operating System: iOS

Printer keeps printing an old job from my iPhone 11. Everything I’ve read online says “click the home button on the iPhone....” but the 11 doesn’t have a home button and I can’t find a queue anywhere and I just want this 4 page document to stop printing every time the printer is turned on. PLEASE HELP!!!!

@Anna_H7, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

 

Are you using HP Smart App or AirPrint?

Which application are you trying to print from?

 

Meanwhile, restart the devices and keep a tab.

 

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
