Did the extra blocks on instant ink $9.99 plan change from $1.00 for 25 block to $1.00 for 20 block if you go over 300?

Why did you even bother to reply...?

It sucks that when I started in this instant ink program it was 1.00 for extrra 25 pages on the 9.99 for 300 page  option.

Then at some point it changes from 25 to 20 pages for a 1.00...

No notice, just change it... nice way to keep long time client.... Very disappointed...

Please do not reply with reasons you can't help and suggestions to direct my concerns...

Thanks for nothing

“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data.  Any issues will be shown with steps to fix.  Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com”.

The HP Instant Ink billing cycle begins on the day you insert your first HP Instant Ink cartridges in your enrolled printer. Your credit or debit card is billed 30 days after you insert your first HP Instant Ink cartridges. For example, if you insert HP Instant Ink cartridges on February 5, the billing cycle begins on February 5 and ends on March 4. The first credit or debit card charge is applied on March 5. The billing date cannot be changed, and the monthly fee is charged on the same day each month while you are enrolled.

@Geovol

Hi,

 2 changes were recently made and HP sent emails to all customers based on the email address they used to sign up with the service.  I hope you received your email and if you didn't I apologize.

For the US the 300 page plan changed from $1 for 25 pages to $1 for 20 but we doubled the rollover pages so previously your rollovers would cap out at 300 pages and now they will cap out at 600 pages.

Sorry if this took you by surprise.

Turns out HP needs the extra penny per copy By changing the rollover amount and charging more for extra blocks...

One has nothing to do with the other, rollovers are paid for...

I guess HP needs the extra penny per copy more than us peasants...

Changed my plan to 14.99 per month for 500 pages and get 500 page limit on rollover, when other plans get double the monthly page allowance on rollover? Why?

HP Recommended

unless you get the 14.99 plan... you still only get 1 month of rollover.. Typical
