HP ENVY Photo 7155 all in one Printer/scanner stays in the idle mode full time. It will not print or scan. How can we solve the problem?

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • Which device are you trying to print from?
  • If a computer, what is the Operating System installed on the computer?
  • How is the printer connected, via USB/Wireless?
  • Is there any antivirus/security software installed on the computer?
