Dear Sirs,

I have noticed that yesterday and today the printer overcounted the number of copies, by 4 each day. As an example today I have printed out 2 pages but it has counted as 6!
Whilst this might not be the largest amount I does make a difference when you go over the quota!
I have upgraded my account, but should be grateful to receive your response.
