PRINTER NOT WORKING

WAS WORKING OKAY UNTIL TWO DAYS AGO. AS I GO TO PRINT, IT SAYS PRINT PREVIEW FAILED!! AND WILL NOT PRINT ANYTHING. HELP PLEASE

@Bethewette, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Let us try this step to resolve this issue:

 

On chrome, go to Settings > Advanced > Restore settings to their original defaults then restart your Chromebook. 

For more info, refer to this document.

 

Try printing.
