I can no longer get my pages to print completely from my iPhone and iPad. It will print headers and some logos, but nothing else. My printer is the HP Office Jet 5258

@Sealsmaui, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?

Which application are you trying to print from?

 

Meanwhile, Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report from the printer control panel, 

  1. Load the printer with plain white paper.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup 

  3. Touch Tools.

  4. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

If the quality is not as expected, follow the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues.

 

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
