My HP PhotoSmart 309a printer is no longer connected to my network. Cannot print.

System Preferences --> Printers & Scanners --> Select Printer (309a) Open Print Queue --> Settings --> Settings --> General tab -- Show printer web page --> Network information -->Wireless --> IP address 10.0.0.3.
Spotlight (upper right) search Network Utility --> double click first hit
Select Ping tab -- enter IP address , send only 10 pings.

Additional info:
The wireless light on the printer is steady, not blinking.
There is no error message. When I open the print queue the job appears. There is a message: "The printer is not connected"
There is no antivirus software installed on my computer.
I do not know how to find the IP address of the printer to perform a ping test using the Mac Network Utility.
