HP Recommended

Photosmart 6520

PRoblem printing - especially BLACK.

Changed all the 364 cartridges

Realigned the heads

Cleaned the heads

Restored all factory defaults....URG

 

Then I tried again and let my laptop organise the print.

The print quality was left to DEFAULT.     (as opposed to draft or black and white, my normal choice).

Printed perfectly.

Clever HP??????   Making us use all the carts.

Or maybe not.

If more problems will buy a different make of computer!!!
