Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My son opened a box of Cheerios and they flew everywhere. I was able to get one of them out of the printer. The paper feeder is not letting the paper feed the way it normally does. This leads me to believe there is a second Cheerio hidden in the printer somewhere. Is there a way to fix this?

I understand you are facing a paper feed issue with your HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

You may follow the steps mentioned in the below links and check:

 

If the issue persists then you might have to send the unit to HP service center to fix it. I'm sending out a private message with the details to reach our support team. Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link.
