Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to know the port number to use for port forwarding.  I am struggling to setup my HP MFP28W printer on my wireless network.   The manufacturer of my router has stated I need to configure port forwarding but I need to know what port number to use.

I don't know why you would need port forwarding, when the PC & Printer are on the same network they communicate directly to each other.

TCP/IP port 9100 is used by many printers.
