HP Recommended
Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9014e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I use the 9014e and Print Anywhere is supported. Unfortunately, I cannot activate the function in the HPSmart app. The following message appears: Sorry, something went wrong. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try again. If problems persist, log in at a later time.
HP support can't help. Have spoken to at least three different people there.
I have already tried the following:
Connect directly to the router instead of through the mesh.
Connect with LAN cable.
Reset to factory settings.
Nothing has helped so far.
Printer is connected via WLAN. I use a Fritzbox 7590AX with the latest firmware and Fritz Repeater 6000.
Please help. Thanks!
