Print anywhere

Trying to connect print anywhere on hp smart but when I do it says it's already connected to another hp smart account and then won't do nothing. How do I disconnect that one and connect mine

"Print Anywhere" is only supported on specific printers (two at this writing - see document).

HP Smart is supported on specific printer series as listed in the support document for Mobile Printing Solutions.

 HP Printers - Mobile Printing Solutions Compatible with HP Printers

Open the document, check the list of printers under HP Officejet - find your printer and supported applications for that printer series.

Officejet 52* supports those applications listed.

Answer:

HP Smart (at this writing) is not listed for this printer series, nor is "Print Anywhere".

"HP Smart" is not supported on your Mobile Printing options.
