Okay here's the issue. When I try to print remotely being the main account on the printer it usually lets me if I do it early in the morning. Later in the afternoon it usually does not work. I am getting a message saying the print job failed. And then the print job ends up in private print section even though private print is turned off.

I have been through all the troubleshooting steps.

I have turned the printer on and off I have unplugged the printer from the wall and the back of the printer for 10 minutes well at the same time doing this for my Wi-Fi router. I have turned on and off private print. I have cleared the cache and data for the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have turned off my VPN while doing all of these steps. There is no firewall or VPN on my router at home. I have made sure that the printer is connected and says ready to print. Also when trying to print from the email it works fine.

I have received a new printer through the warranty program and for the first few days no issues. However after a few days the issue persists I'm not sure what to do or what my next steps are.
