Welcome to the HP User Community.

If two-sided printing is supported on the paper size and type,

Open the document to be printed,

Look for the available Print Options in the Print Preview

Print Options >> Slide up the gray bar

Example - HP Smart Mobile (iPadOS) - Print Documents > Open item to print > Print icon

Open Print Options

HP_Smart_Mobile_PDF_Print_Transform_8

and / or

Create a Shortcut for 2-sided printing

HP_Smart_W10_Shortcuts_Print_Duplex_1

Open the item file to be printed

Optionally Edit (and Done)

Select the next option:  Print - Share (email) / Save - Shortcuts - Mobile Fax

Thanks for answers.  My printer is called HP Officejet 5742 (not mobile). I can't open

the datei, who to be printet, because is it a bank statement.

Apologies for the confusion.

If (you are) printing from iPad, that is mobile printing.

If you cannot print the on-screen data (likely in a browser where you have opened the webpage),

Look in the Web Browser Print > Settings for the controls to print two-sided.

If there are no such controls - or, if there are settings but they do not work,

Consider saving the statement page / statement to your device as a PDF file.

Next,

Open the PDF file in HP Smart > set up the job, including the two-sided option > Print

What if??

If you are printing from a Windows computer (or perhaps MacOS)

There are additional options when printing stubborn content.

For example (in Windows)...

PDF - Print as Image

Reinstall / Update your PDF Reader (Adobe Reader DC /Optional  Foxit Reader)

• HINT:  Watch out for and UNCHECK unwanted extra software
• Adobe Reader DC software should be installed even if you do not open / view / print PDF files directly from the software.

If the file will not print due to unusual content (odd fonts, color schemes, tables, other oddities), print the file as an Image.  Image printing does not require the printer software to translate file content.

How to Print as Image

• Save the document to your computer
• Open the offending document in Adobe Reader DC

• Click Print icon > Set other options on the menu > Click Advanced button

• Set the printer select the colors (Optional)
• Select Print the PDF file as an image
