 Whenever I print anything from my phone, it goes to the envelope tray and of course gives the error "no paper". The problem is I don't want to print from the envelope tray. When I print from my computer it is fine and goes to the  right paper tray...and, when my wife prints from "her phone" it is fine too and goes to the right tray. I've tried to change the tray selection on the HP Smart app but nothing. How do I get my phone to print to the right tray?

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App and try again.

Hello,

I uninstalled HP Smart and reinstalled it again. Now for some reason my printer is not even connecting.

Restart the Printer, Router and the phone and try again.
