I just got a new Envy 5055 wireless printer to use with my android device (OS 6.0). It has printed fine a few times but most of the time the page in print preview is blank, which subsequently prints a blank page. I cannot figure this out!

@Jfay Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are getting blank pages while printing from the mobile.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

Please let us know are you able to make the photocopy without any issue.

Please print the estimated ink levels page and check. To make sure that printer hardware is working fine or not.

On the printer control panel, touch the Ink icon  to display the current estimated ink levels.

If you are able to print the estimated ink levels page, then perform the below troubleshooting steps as mentioned in the link.
