Product: ENVY photo 6200

Since changing router, my printer, envy photo 6234, is giving error message, offline, despite being connected to the internet and a “constant” blue light.   All other devices have connected to internet ok.   The only problem it have is getting the printer to work.     It won’t print from my iPad, iPhone or Windows laptop.  Please help!
