My HP ENVY 5532 printer has always worked fine (in multiple homes with different broadband providers). We have recently switched broadband provider and now none of my devices can find the printer. I have been getting around this by emailing things to the printer (as this was still working) but now that has stopped too. I get an email to say the print job has been received but then nothing happens. The blue light is on and not flickering to show connectivity. I have checked to see if any updates are available on the printer and there aren't. Our new router is not dual band, so only operates at 2.4GHz. The printer is roughly 2.5m from the router with no walls etc. in-between. I have tried switching everything off (router, printer, devices) and re-connecting multiple times but still no look. The printer is now useless.
Please help!
